I want to look after you by making sure you are entirely happy with the cushion you have bought.

If there is a problem with any item you buy from me please contact Chris at chris@cc-designs.co.uk or use the contact  form at https://www.cc-designs.co.uk/enquiries to let me know what is wrong and I'll do my best to sort things out.

The returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Commissioned cushions, once satisfactorily accepted by my client are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged items

If an item you receive is damaged please contact me within 24 hours of receipt. I cannot be held responsible after this time. Photos of the damaged items within 48 hours of you letting us know about the damaged item should be sent so I can claim the damages back from my couriers. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. I aim to process refunds within 72 hours of receiving returned goods.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please ensure that the item is packaged securely. If the item is lost in transit or is returned damaged, you will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for any postage costs and these will not be refunded.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
